Tuesday 21. October 2008 Birthday Special Deluxe

Yesssss, we are celebrating our birthday and not for the fourth, nor the fifth, no – believe it or not – for the sixth time already! This is one special reason to party and just as in the years before we have a special party sell out on our own releases. The birthday week ends on the 26th of October. Right before that you’ll have the opportunity to hand over your presents and wishes face-to-face during the Metalfest taking place on the 24th and 25th of October in Friedewald/Germany (www.metalfest.de) ;) The line-up is awesome on both dates so come along if you have the opportunity. Just one week later we’ll set up our tent again on another cosy festival (www.blastofeternity.de). So long and see you all… hopefully!!

Monday 06. October 2008 World to Ashes LP to come…

After their astonishing debut EP „Of What There is to Come“ WTA will indeed show you what there is to come with their new LP which is going to be recorded in January 2009. We are proud to officially announce that this highly anticipated piece will be ready to land in your heavy rotation in spring 2009. Having celebrated the day of the german reunion a few days ago, this band shows how east and west can be put together in a gainful collaboration.

By the way, there is some footage of Kashee Opeiah’s UK-tour online, part 2 coming soon: www.youtube.com/watch?v=UY6_5j9NQjM

So long, and remember: Actions speak louder than words.

Wednesday 17. September 2008 Music vs. Football

Our guys from Kashee Opeiah are back from the United Kingdom and, as far as we can tell, they are in very good shape. As we have been told, the journey has been both a success and an ecperience. Not only the feedbacks given by the audiences in the shoken footballnation(s) were overwhelmingly positive, also her majesty the Queen wanted to keep the guys in Britain! We aren’t really sure why: It’s either because of the striking musical quality – which is of course unchallenged – but far more likely because of the fact that a member of the band is playing in the friendliest football club of the merry town of Chemnitz. (www.myspace.com/roterturmchemnitz)
Luckily, the fellows decided to deny the offer which is great for us since that way we can continue to cheer Kashee Opeiah in this country and furthermore England remains unable to win any internatioal tournament.
;) Check out the first impressions from the tour in the video on KO’s Myspace site! More footage is still to come of course.

So long, enjoy the remains of this year’s summer (was there a summer?!) and visit the stadium of your local heroes. Love Football – Hate Racism! And out of given circumstances…  God save the RTC!
